Frame construction
Adopts high stiffness linear guides and high precision gapless lead screw to ensure backgauge accuracy and effectively improve the anti-impact capability against unidirectional impact.


Hydraulic Control System
Adopts double hydraulic control system which is composed of two hydraulic circuits. When press the footpedal, the hydraulic oil goes through the primary hydraulic circuit made up of reducing valve and spillover valve, and gives the cutting paper micro pressure. At the time of cutting paper, put thousands of kilograms of high pressure to ensure the cutting quality and safe operation.



Computer System

1. 22 inch full touch display screen, with program setting.
2. Can parse PDF, JDF format files, and can parse various irregular spelling files.
3.  Automatically generate cutting size and pictures of cut products. Computer automatically guides workers to cut. Reduce the requirement for personnel and avoid errors.
4. Computer with wired network, wireless WIFI connection function, leaving a U disk interface can be directly from the computer to read or copy files, analysis.
5.  Support scanning two-dimensional code, easy to find the generation of files to be cut, direct access to the program, to avoid the tedious steps of manual search.
6. Program storage capacity is 300 programs, each program can store 200 items cutting size.
7. Display precision is 0.01mm;
8. Voice messages are equipped to make users judge equipment conditions correctly.
9. Paper pusher speed up to 38m/min.
