Product Description
Window Patching Machine TC1100
The new TC1100 from Huayue is designed to apply window from roll as well as cut film by pick and place in one working step. It's designed to do roll film window pasting and corner window pasting by pick&place device two jobs at one time.
The high quality used material allows a constant gentle transport of the material by the machine and to get a high output and less waste. Many control and setup functions guaranty a perfect result, even by running with high speed. In the design of the machine was worked specifically on the user-friendliness.
The machine is equipped with a feeder, chain register, vacuum conveyor, shingling belt, facon glue unit, hot glue unit, pick&place film cut cylinder from roll. All functions and set UPS are displayed on a wide touch screen. The machine can be designed according to the special product demand of customers.
