One-piece cast HT250 gray iron (tensile strength ≥250 MPa) – stress-relieved via full aging treatment to eliminate internal stress.

Column wall thickness ≥30 mm;

Frame deformation ≤0.02 mm/m under rated cutting force.

A: 1. Pre-startup checks
Before commencing operation, the following checks must be carried out:
• Check that the machine is properly powered
• Check that the hydraulic system is operating smoothly
• Ensure that the blades are secure and undamaged
• Clear any debris from the work surface

2. Loading paper
• Place the paper to be cut neatly and flat
• Keep the edges aligned to avoid cutting errors
• If the paper has ragged edges, place scrap paper underneath as a buffer
