1.Cutting line Machine Preformance
1.Huayue cutting line, consisting of paper picker, paper cutter, paper unloader, etc. The whole set of cutting line is designed to be efficient and reasonable with smooth flow, applying Huayue's many patented technologies to achieve automatic paper picking, efficient paper cutting and automatic paper unloading, and paper picking and unloading can be done simultaneously to maximise production efficiency and significantly reduce labour costs. With the latest industrial LCD touch screen, the efficiency of the cutting system reaches a whole new level.
2.The 137G cutting line, with a cutting height, pick-up height and unloading height of 210mm, is more productive than the normal 165mm height, giving it a significant advantage in terms of staff efficiency and high volume work.
3.Huayue cutting lines can perform perfectly in terms of efficiency, speed and streamlining of personnel. The front loading cutting line can automatically transfer the paper stack to the working platform, and the finished unloading stack can go directly to the downstream printing machine, saving the printing machine pre-loading staff.

3.Paper Cutter

1. The up-to-date 16" Widescreen LCD, full touch screen; 
2. Metric system and British system two units, show the dimensions of the front knife and the back knife.
3. Position resolution of backgauge is 0.01mm, closed-loop control, the locating error is less 0.01mm; No need to adjust locating error. Max. backgauge speed is 18m/min.
4. The program storage capacity is 300 programs. Every program can store 299 items cutting sizes. 
5. With USB, transmit data, to convenient operator make programming and arrangement via PC.
6. Equipped with fault diagnostics and non-repreat safety guards.
7. The backgauge is driven by a Panasonic servo-motor with four speed levels.
8. With automatic pushing paper function, the distance can be adjusted.
9. Adjustable time delay for knife activation, accurate and convenient.
